Sarah handles the nutrition for our remote clients.
She has previously competed as a 52/56kg powerlifter in the USPA, both qualifying and competing in USPA nationals, and IPL Worlds. She also competes in Olympic Weightlifting through the USAW, having qualified and competed in the Hawaii State Championships, and occasionally also competes in CrossFit competitions. She plans to compete in her first NPC bikini competition in April of 2018.
Sarah believes that there is no one size fits all approach to training or nutrition, and for that reason takes careful consideration into determining the method that will generate the best results for the client. In order to obtain the best results, she believes that coach and client should work hand in hand to determine strengths in order to effectively maximize them, and discover obstacles and how to work through them.
She is currently enrolled at Texas Women’s University to pursue her Registered Dietitian degree.
